Abstract

PURPOSE:To realize miniaturization and light weight and to surely perform an operation, by using the voltage of a charging/discharging capacitor as an operating power source to perform the switching operation of a FET. CONSTITUTION:When a control transistor(TR)5 and a driving TR4 are controlled so as to turn OFF the FET3, the potential of the output electrode S of the FET3 is set at the ground potential to prevent the conduction of a load from being generated. Therefore, charging is performed by the DC power source 8 of a capacitor 11 via a back flow preventing diode 12, and a voltage, for example, of +B is applied. When the FET3 is turned ON by operating the control TR5 by impressing a control signal, the potential of the output electrode S of the FET3 goes to the potential +B of the DC power source 8. Also, the TR4 is turned ON, and the voltage of the capacitor 11 is impressed on the gate electrode G of the FET3. Therefore, the potential difference of the electrode G becomes higher than the electrode S by almost +B, which turns ON the FET3.
