１２ａを該突出部（載置部）２２ａ上に、また商
品収納篭１２ｂを該突出部（載置部）２２ｂ上に
それぞれ載置し、商品収納篭１２ａの奥に位置す
る商品１１を商品収納篭１２ｂに搬送するとき
は、第２図ｂの矢印Ｂで示す如く、商品１１は操
作者１４の近傍に位置し、かつ、商品１１は順
次、商品収納篭１２ａ、バーコード読取装置のバ
ーコード検知窓２０ａ、商品収納篭１２ｂへと操
作者１４を中心とする円周上を移動する如くなる
から、操作者１４は腰を曲げて商品１１を把持す
るといつた不自然な姿勢をすることはなく、また
操作者１４を中心として無理なく商品１１が搬送
され、バーコード読取操作の操作性が向上するこ
