Abstract

PURPOSE:To mold the molded object without strain by correcting the set value of the control device of an injection molding machine by the data detected by means of a specified detecting means. CONSTITUTION:Light is radiated on a molded object 8 from a light source, and the contour of the molded object 8 is projected on a camera 13 as a color polarized image. This polarized image is sent to a data-process part 14, and its color, the number of stripes and shape are quantified. The quality degree of the molded object 8 is judged on the base of the image data quantified at the part of the judgement of data and the operation of set value-correcting, thereby correcting the set value of control devices 17, 18. When the data shows many stripes, the injection speed is judged to be too high, and the injection speed of the control device 17 for injection and dwell is lowered. When the viscosity of resin is low, the heating set value of the control device 18 for the temperature pattern of a heating cylinder is corrected to be raised.
