Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the suction and discharge rate per operation cycle and to improve the accuracy of suction and discharge by forming reagent sucking/discharging parts which fluctuate in volume according to the sliding motion of a sliding member on both sides of the sliding member. CONSTITUTION:The volume of the reagent sucking/discharging part increases and the pressure therein is reduced when the sliding member 15 is driven in an arrow direction B. The reagent is then sucked from a reagent tank 13 through a suction pipe 2, a selector valve 17 and a distributing pipe 25 into the sucking/discharing part 14b. The volume in the sucking/discharing part 14a of the member 15 is simultaneously decreased and the pressure therein is increased. The reagent sucked therein is then discharged through a distributing pipe 24, a selector valve 16, and distributing pipes 12 and 23 from a nozzle 11. The continuous discharge of the reagent from the nozzle 11 is thus executed regardless of the sliding direction of the member 15. The continuous suction of the reagent from the tank 13 is simultaneously executed. Since one operation cycle is usable for both the suction and the discharge in such a manner, the rate of the suction and the discharging per operation cycle is increased. Since the setting of the member 15 at a large stroke is possible, the accuracy of the suction and discharge is improved.
