PURPOSE: To shorten a working process for mounting an injection pipe on a film by forming a hole smaller than an inner diameter of the injection pipe on a thermoplastic plastic film, heating and softening the periphery of the hole to form a projecting edge, inserting the injection pipe into the projecting edge, and integrally sealing the projecting edge and the injection pipe by heating. CONSTITUTION: A diameter of a hole 2 formed on a film 1 is most preferably about one third of an inner diameter of an injection pipe 3. A point of a heating mandrel 5 is brought into contact with the hole 2 from one side of the film 1 while heating the heating mandrel 5 at 70 deg.C which is a softening point of a polyethylene film, and is pressed, so that the periphery of the hole 2 of the film 1 is softened and deformed to form a projecting edge 6. Then the injection pipe 3 is placed on the projecting edge 6 and inserted therein, and both are heat sealed 7 to mount the injection pipe 3 on the film 1.
