Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a permeable composite film whose diameter and number of fine holes have been controlled, by a method wherein a composite film obtained by sticking low-density polyethylene resin to a porous base material is heated at a temperature of the melting point or higher of the low-density polyethylene resin and lower than the melting point of the material constituting the porous base material. CONSTITUTION:Film molding of low-density polyethylene resin is performed on one side of a porous base material which is comprised of a material having the melting point higher than that of the low-density polyethylene resin and possesses center line roughness of 1-5mum at a thickness of a center line roughness value+12mum or thinner of the porous base material through an extrusion laminating method. The film is heated at a temperature range of the melting point or higher of the low-density polyethylene resin and lower than the melting point of the material forming the porous base material, and a composite film where the diameter and the number of holes and permeability have been controlled is obtained. The low-density polyethylene resin is a the resin where melt flow rate is 2-15g/10minutes, porous base material is nonwoven cloth, the nonwoven cloth is comprised of a polyester fiber of 0.01-1 denier in thickness and has a basic weight of 10-80g/m<2>.
