Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce gloves enabling to freely bend the thumb parts, having a good heat-insulating property and capable of allowing sweat to evaporate at a low cost, by fitting glove fabrics onto a pair of glove molds, bringing the back sides of the thumb parts of the glove fabrics into contact with each other, and subsequently adhering a resin coating to the outer surfaces of the glove fabrics. CONSTITUTION: This method for producing gloves for works comprises movably disposing at least one of molds 6 with respect to the other, fitting glove fabrics 2 respectively onto the molds 6, bringing the back side parts 8 of the thumbs 4 of the glove fabrics 2 into contact with each other, and subsequently adhering a coating resin liquid 7 to the outer surfaces of the glove fabrics 2, thus producing the objective work gloves in which the glove fabrics 2 are partially exposed to the outside in resin coating-free parts 5. The gloves for works can thereby be produced at a low cost, because the resin coating-free parts are formed in the mutually contacted back sides of the thumb parts without requiring a labor.
