PURPOSE:To obtain the titled amorphous alloy having excellent high-frequency magnetic characteristics by uniformly depositing and dispersing ultra-fine bCCFe solid solution crystal grains into an Fe based amorphous alloy having the specific compsn. contg. Co, Ni, Cu, Si, B, etc. CONSTITUTION:The amorphous alloy having the compsn. of (Fe1-aMa)100-x-y-z-alpha-beta-gamma-deltaCuxSiyBz-M'alphaM''betaXgamma Ydelta (atom.%) (where M denotes Co or Ni, M' denotes Nb, Ta, W, Zr, Hf, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Mo, M'' denotes platinum group elements, Al, Sc, Y, RE, Au, Zn, Sn and Re, X denotes C, Ge, P, Ga, Sb, In, Be and As, Y denotes Li, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Ag, Cd, Pb, Bi, N, O, S, Se and Te; and 0<=a<0.5, 0.1<=x<=3, 0<=y<=30, 0<=z<=25, 0.1<=alpha<=20, 14<=y+z+gamma+alpha<=35, 0<=beta<=10, 0<=gamma<=20 are regulated) is subjected to a heat treatment.
