Abstract

PURPOSE:To resist laminating even in an extremely thin ceramic green electrode sheet without mutually intruding contacting sections by forming an electrode section using a polymeric form resin to a supporter for a PET film, etc., and selectively shaping a dielectric layer onto the supporter including the electrode section. CONSTITUTION:Electrode ink 14 is printed onto a film 13. The electrode ink 14 is polymerized. Electrode layers 11 shaped by polymerizing the electrode ink 14 are formed onto the film 13. Dielectric ink 18 is printed onto the film 13 to which the electrode layers 11 are shaped. An electrode pattern formed by the electrode ink 14 and a dielectric pattern shaped by the dielectric ink 18 are formed onto the same film so as not to be mutually superposed at that time. Dielectric layers 12 and the electrode layers 11 are laminated onto the film 13.
