Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of capacitance between bonded layers, and to obtain a laminated ceramic capacitor simply with high accuracy by laminating and unifying two or more of the laminated ceramic capacitors before baking by pressure, heat, etc., while interposing ceramic green sheets containing specific quantities of resins as adhesive layers. CONSTITUTION:A laminated ceramic capacitor is composed of a ceramic dielectric layer 11, internal electrodes 12 and external electrodes 13, and the internal electrodes 12 are connected alternately to the external electrodes 13. The capacitor is manufactured by forming ineffective layers 15 consisting of ceramic green sheets on one sides of two laminated ceramic capacitors before baking first. The internal electrodes 12 on the side of an adhesive layer 14 are connected to the same external electrodes. The green sheets are unified by applying pressure, heat, etc. The adhesive layer 14 can be unified at low pressure by using a ceramic green sheet having large adhesive properties. The external electrodes are shaped after baking, thus completing the capacitor. It is preferable that the quantity of a resin for the ceramic green sheet as the adhesive layer extends over approximately 10-50%, and polyvinyl butyral, an acrylic resin, a vinyl resin, a cellulose derivative resin, etc., are cited as the resin having adhesive properties by heat.
