PURPOSE:To prevent the projection of undissolved fluxes and to improve welding workability by incorporating a single-ply flux cored wire into the inside flux so that the fluxes are packaged triple. CONSTITUTION:A sheath is formed by winding the outside flux filling body 21 filled with the outside flux 4. The inside flux 5 is filled therein and the flux cored wire filled with the flux 11 is previously put therein. The projection of the undissolved fluxes is thereby prevented and the welding workability is improved.
