Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent high surge pressure from occurring in an actuator by arranging cushioning conduit groups to be blocked gradually in steps as an oscillating body oscillates in the direction for approaching the side of a fixed shoe. CONSTITUTION:Cushioning conduit groups 3A, 5B opening in pressure chambers 10A, 10B held between main conduits 2A, 2B and throttle conduits 6A, 6B are formed in a casing 7. The cushioning conduit groups 3A, 5B are so arranged to be blocked gradually in steps as an oscillating body 8 oscillates in the direction for approaching the side of a fixed shoe 9.
