Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A heating element 1 is made of conductive ceramics and a ceramic resistance heating element as a mixture of SiC and 30wt.% of ZrB2. An insulation ceramic material 2 is AlN mixed with 10wt.% of BN. BN has high insulation quality even at a high temperature and the mixture thereof with AlN enables the prevention of poor insulation quality for AlN even at a high temperature. A heat and shock resistant ceramic material 3 is made of AlN. Said insulation ceramic material 2 drops in heat and shock resistant quality due to the mixture of BN, and the drop is compensated with the heat and shock resistant ceramic material formed on an outer layer.
