Abstract

PURPOSE:To drastically simplify a repairing work by solidifying the inner wall of a work pipe by melting it by the laser beam scanning annularly and closing the defective place of the work pipe by a bead in a pipe inner peripheral face repairing device. CONSTITUTION:The tip part of a repairing device is fed into a heat transfer pipe 11 and a beam is positioned so that a projection hole 37 and repairing place are opposed by a position detector 13. A compressed air is then fed into an air bag 18 and an intermediate cylinder 19 is fixed to the heat transfer pipe 11. In succession, a rotary cylinder 25 is rotated by driving it by a driving motor 22, a flexible tube 12 is approached at a fixed speed, a repairing laser beam 17 is projected on a repairing place 34 and the inner wall of the heat transfer pipe 11 is spirally solidified by melting. Consequently, a good beam is continuously formed and a repairing work can drastically simplified.
