CONSTITUTION:Titanium boride 2 is applied to electric contact or connection with a ceramic superconductor 1 of yttrium, barium, and copper oxide. Titanium 2 has a specific temperature at which resistance is reduced at room temperature and in regard to the contact with the superconductor 1 low contact resistance is guaranteed at room temperature. Therefore, the electric contact with the superconductor 1 is enabled by means of a low contact resistance.
