Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate grounding to a core sheet, by making insulating boards at the opposite ends of a laminated core sheet to have approximately same size as the core sheet and making the slot in the insulating board to be as deep as the slot in the core sheet, thereby preventing the uppermost portion from floating and holding the coil in place. CONSTITUTION:Insulating discs 12 are arranged at the opposite ends of a laminated core sheet 11 having many core sheets 2. The insulating board 12 has diameter approximately same or slightly smaller than that of the core sheet 2. Insulating papers 8 are arranged on the inner face of groove sections of slots 1, 12a in the core sheet 2 and the insulating board 12, and coils 7 are arranged at the inside. Projections 3 at the upper opposite sides of the slot 1 contact tightly each other, and the inner face of the groove section is entirely covered with the insulating paper 8. Upper portion of the slot 12a is filled with varnish 13. Consequently, the coil 7 is held in place, and dead earth due to abnormal contact can be prevented when the projection 3 is bent.
