Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板の上面に抵抗膜を形成する一方、前記
絶縁基板の左右両端に前記抵抗膜に導通する電極
端子を各々設けて成るチツプ抵抗器において、前
記絶縁基板の下面の少なくとも中央部近傍に、良
熱伝導膜を形成したことを特徴とするチツプ抵抗
器。
