Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は固定金具によりケーブルトレイをサポ
ートに固定する構造のケーブルトレイ装置に関す

従来のケーブルトレイ装置は、ケーブルトレイ
とサポートをボルト止めにより固定する構造のも
のが一般的であるが、ケーブルトレイとサポート
の製作時に予めボルト穴をあけると、現場でボル
ト穴があわず組立が面倒となり、又ケーブルトレ
イ、サポートいずれかのボルト穴を現場加工とす

本考案の目的は、前記した従来構造の欠点を解
消し、ケーブルトレイとサポートの固定が容易な

すなわち、本考案のケーブルトレイ装置は、改
良された構造の固定金具によりケーブルトレイと
サポートとが固定されている点に特徴がある。す
なわち、本考案のケーブルトレイ装置は、ケーブ
ルトレイをサポートに固定するための固定金具と
して、所定の大きさの鋼板の片面に溶接でボルト
を立設した構造の金具が用いられており、この固
定金具のボルトがケーブルトレイのサイドチヤン
ネルの横板部分に嵌挿されていて当該横板部分が
固定金具の鋼板方向にボルト締めされており、一
方、上記固定金具の鋼板が上記サポートの横板部
分上に載置されて当該横板部分に溶接されている

締めされる一方、当該固定金具６がサポート２の
横板部分２′に溶接で取付けられる構造になつて
いるため、固定金具６の鋼板８を適切な大きさと
することにより、サポート２の取付位置が多少変
つてもサポート上に固定金具が乗れば溶接が可能
になり、従来のボルト止め構造のケーブルトレイ
装置におけるが如き現地据付時の不都合が解決で

であつて、上記固定金具は所定の大きさの鋼板の
片面に溶接でボルトを立設した構造を有してお
り、上記ケーブルトレイのサイドチヤンネルの横
板部分に上記固定金具のボルトが嵌挿されてボル
ト締めされており、上記固定金具の鋼板が上記サ
ポートの横板部分上に載置されて当該横板部分に
溶接されていることを特徴とするケーブルトレイ
