PURPOSE:To obtain a superconductor which attains superconductive state at >=77K, by constituting a sintered body contg. specified three element components, contg. also O, wherein a primary component of the sintered body having K2NiF4 structure contg. rhombic crystals is constituted specifically. CONSTITUTION:The titled superconductor consists of a sintered body as a primary component (An) contg. each element belonging to a first component (A1), second component (A2) and a third component (A3), and O, wherein said sintered body has K2NiF4 structure contg. rhombic crystals with the constitution described hereunder. Detailedly, the first component (A1) contains at least one kind of element selected from Er, Sc, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb, and Lu. The second component (A2) contains Sr or/and Ca. The third component (A3) contains at least one kind of element selected from Cu, Zn, Ni, Co, Fe, Pd, Ag, and Cd. Moreover, the primary component (An) of the sintered body is constituted in accordance with definitions shown by inequalities: 10<=A1<=60 atomic %, 20<=A2<=50 atomic %, and 30<=A3<=65 atomic %.
