Abstract
PURPOSE:To heat or cool the whole floor by induced outside air which passes under the floor via a heat exchanger, by constituting an air duct which communicates with each room upstairs of the inside spaces under the floor upstairs, and by punching vent holes in the joists of the floor upstairs. CONSTITUTION:The air in a room S2 upstairs and in a room S1 downstairs are discharged to the outside by driving an exhaust fan 22a in an exhaust duct 22 and an exhaust fan 25a in an exhaust duct 25. The outdoor air flows into a heat exchanging chamber 15 from an outside air intake 17, passing through an outdoor air intake duct 18, by the suction effect on reduction in pressure in both rooms S1 and S2. It flows into the rooms S1 downstairs from a feed air port 24, passing through a feed air branch duct 23, as well as to flow into the room S2 upstairs from feed air ports 12, passing through feed air ducts 19 from feed air passage 21 and through the inside spaces 7a under the floor upstairs 7. The inside spaces 7a under the floor upstairs 7 consists of an air duct as a whole, so that the room S2 upstairs is heated in winter time and is cooled in summer time by the suction outside air passing through the spaces 7a. In such a manner floor heating and floor cooling effects can be obtained.
