Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the corrosion of a steel casing pipe simultaneously with a buried pipe by applying an electrically conductive film on the inner surface of the steel casing pipe with an anticorrosive current inlet provided on the outer surface. CONSTITUTION:For example, the outer surface of the steel casing pipe 1 except both ends is coated with an insulating coating 2 of polyethylene, and the conductive film 3 is applied on the inner surface. The outer surface of a buried transport pipe 4 is covered with a polyethylene coating 5, and the pipe 4 is electrolytically protected by an Mg anode 6. The anticorrosive current from the Mg anode 6 flows in from the uncoated part 7 of the casing pipe 1, flows through the casing pipe 1, then flows out from the conductive film 3, and flows into the transport pipe 4 through ground water. Consequently, the electric potential of the uncoated part 7 of the casing pipe 1 and transport pipe 4 is kept low, and the pipes are electrolytically protected. By this method, although an electric current flows out from the inner surface of the casing pipe 1, the reaction with the ground water and contained component is not caused since the conductive film 3 is applied, and the corrosion and electrolytic corrosion are never caused.
