ウンタ1はリセツトされることがなく、この間の
変移の状態をつかむことが可能であり、かつ、基
準位置内から脱出する時点で変移量カウンタ1を
リセツトし、変移の基準点としている。本考案の
一実施例である第1図の各種動作タイミングチヤ
ートを第3図に示す。
