PURPOSE:To improve productivity by simplifying and facilitating a process, by constituting the title method so that a flange has been manufactured beforehand by separating a molding process of the flange from a manufacturing process of a pipe and the flange made of FRP is molded on the pipe. A press plate 13 for the mold is applied to an end face of a part II corresponding to the flange and the mold 4 and fringe part are clamped mutually with a plurality of clamping members 14. The laminated material 9 is compressed by tightening a nut 19 and stuck close to the inside of the cavity impression 5. A predetermined flange 21 made of FRP is molded on an end side of a boss part 20 by a molding cavity 7 for the flange and a product of a flange 22 made of the FRP is obtained.
