Claims (1)
- ヒータ芯１に抵抗線２を螺旋状に巻装して発熱
線３を形成し、前記発熱線３を平面状に配設しそ
の両面に、熱融着層を介してクラフト紙等の絶縁
体４，４′を積層し、加圧加熱により一体化して
面状発熱体素子５を形成し、前記面状発熱体素子
５の両面又は片面に、熱融着層を介して、熱伝導
性の良いフイルム６，６′を積層し、更にその両
面に熱融着層を介してポリエステルフイルム等の
絶縁外皮７，７′を積層し、加圧加熱により一体
化したことを特徴とする面状発熱体。
