Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve substantially the procedure of operation for placing a green tire, by providing support rings that load subsequent green tires in succession after the completion of vulcanization of a green tire conveyed from the upper stage. CONSTITUTION:When a green tire 2b is loaded on the upper support ring 2a of the support rings 2a, 3a, 4a in a horizontal position at a third green tire loading position (A), a switch for the support ring is actuated, a piston lever 7 is slid, a rack 6 is retracted to follow it, and pinions 5 are rotated and then stopped so that the green tire 2b is moved to a tire picking-up position (B). Similarly, the green tires 3b, 4b are successively placed on the middle and lower rings 3a, 4a, and then are turned and transferred to the tire picking-up position (B). The tires are to be transferred from the picking-up position (B) to the next vulcanizing machine.

と、センターポストのピストン杆に連結したラツ
クとそれに噛合するピニオンを介して一対の支持
リングを適当間隔に数段設置し、該数段の各一対
の支持リングを上段から順次に該支持リング上に
生タイヤを載置した直後に、前記ピストン杆に連
結したラツクとピニオンの作動によつて、生タイ
ヤを掴持して加硫機内へ移送するローダーの軸芯
と同一軸芯の生タイヤ取上げ位置まで旋回せしめ
て停止させたのち、前記ローダーによつて支持リ
ング上の生タイヤを上段から順次掴持して加硫機
内へ移送し、次いで空になつた支持リングは順次
元の生タイヤ投入位置へ戻るようにしたことを特
徴とするものである。
