Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve heat conduction efficiency by holding a plurality of heating bodies each consisting of a heating element and a foil-shaped electricity conductive material in an electricity insulating holder with each heating body covered with a ceramic material of both electricity and good heat conductivity. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heating bodies each consisting of a heating element 3 of a positive temperature coefficient and an electrode plate 4 of a shock absorbing, foil-shaped electricity conductive material are held in holes provided in an electricity insulating holder 9. Each heating body is covered independently on its front and back sides with independent ceramic member 5 with both outer sides thereof connected to a radiation plate 6 via, as required, a cushion material 8. The ceramic member 5 is for example of a sintered material containing 70% or more of alumina with gaps between said members filled with partition plates 11. A heating structure 1 constituted in this way is capable of absorbing external forces and has a good heat conductivity as the heating bodies, ceramic members, and radiation plates are in sufficiently strong contact with each other.
