Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a coating film of a high adhesion property continuously without high temperature baking by scattering three substances of diacetyl acetonato-dialkoxy zirconium, partial hydrolytic matter of silicon alkoxide, and conductive material in mixed solvent consisting of water and organic solvent. CONSTITUTION:For diacetyl acetonato-dialkoxy zirconium, the carbon number of its alkoxy group shall be 1-8, and especially it shall be a butoxy group. This composition achieves a role of improving dispensability and thermal stability of conductive material, acting like protective colloid to the conductive material. For silicon alkoxide, 1-4 alkoxy groups of carbon numbers of 1-8 shall be included to be SiHa(OR)b (a=1-3, b=1-3, a+b=4, R is an alkyl group). For the conductive material, tin oxide, antimony, phosphor, indium oxide, etc., shall be used, and its average grain size shall preferably be less than 0.4mum.
