CONSTITUTION:Blowout openings 31a, 31b, blowout panels 32a, 32b which are blown out when the blowout openings are closed and pressure difference between inner pressure and outer pressure are more than a prescribed value, and a blowout piping 36, ends of which are connected to the blowout openings 31a, 31b and the other ends of which are opened in sea water 33 or in pool water and equipped with flexible pipes 34 and floats 35 are provided in a reaction building 23 and a turbine building 26. When pressure increase is thereby generat ed at the time of an accident, the damage of the building and structure can be prevented and the quantity of radioactive material released in air can be reduced.
