Abstract
PURPOSE:To comform to the temperature in the air conditioned room and automatically switch between the cooling and heating modes to suit the body- sensed temperature of users by setting a first temperature which is higher by a first temperature value than a desirably set temperature as well as a second temperature which is lower by a second temperature value. CONSTITUTION:When a selection switch 10 is set to the automatic mode C1H, the temperature(t) of the air conditioned room is inputted. If the set temperature T set with a room temperature controller 11 is, for instance, T>25 deg.C, it is judged that the user wants a prioritized cooling, and the threshold values to switch the operation mode to either cooling or heating are set respectively as t>=T+2 and t<=T-4. At the time of the initial start up, the cooling mode will be set. On the other hand, if T<25, it is judged that the user wants a prioritized heating, and the threshold values to switch the operation mode to either cooling or heating are respectively set as t>=T+4 and t<=T-2. At the time of the initial start up, the heating mode will be set.
