Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed thin-plate form parts smoothly without piling up on each other by making them advance in one direction along a ring-formed base by vibrations, and transferring the parts while holding them, to the second conveying system which circulates a pallet. CONSTITUTION:Parts A arranged at random on a ring-formed base 4 are delivered in a single line to the advancing end 5 by vibrations, and absorbed and held in the advancing direction on a plane through an absorbing hole. At the same time, the following part is separated from the part A held at the advancing end 5 by the airflow from a blowing port. The part A held at the end 5 is transferred on a pallet 11 of a conveying device 2 being absorbed by a holding device. The pallet 11 is conveyed to a belt 14 by an extruding device 15, the conveyed pallet 11 is transferred to a belt 13 by an extruding device 16, and circulated. By such a constitution, parts A arranged at random on the ring-formed base are surely fed one by one on the pallet, and the thin- plate form parts are fed smoothly without piling up.
