CONSTITUTION:An anti-skid tool proper 1 is so constituted that I- and X-types in a plan view are alternately arranged continuously toward the periphery of a tire T. And each hook 5 is fitted to a plurality of intersecting and fixed parts 4 provided on each type 2 and 3 and located at the outer side of the tire T. And the hooks 5 are connected to each other with a telescopic tightening ring 6. In the aforesaid constitution, the inner side of the tightening ring 6 is provided with a non-telescopic auxiliary clamping tool 7 having a smaller diameter than the ring 6. And the auxiliary clamping tool 7 is connected to the ring 6 and the hook 5 at both ends of the non-skid tool proper 1 respectively via a fixed hook 8 and a double hook 9.
