Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A stator member 6 consisting of a stator core 4 and a stator winding 5 is molded with a resin 7, into which an inorganic powder substance or fiber is kneaded and contained, thus shaping a stator 8. An annular recessed section 9A is formed to the end face of the stator. On the other hand, a bearing supporter 12 is shaped by a steel plate and a collar section 12A and an annular protuberance 16 for elongation are formed around the bearing supporter. The bearing supporter 12 is abutted against the recessed section 9A, the protuberance 16 for elongation is pushed and the collar section 12A is pressure-welded to the inner circumferential surface of the recessed section 9A, and the bearing supporter 12 is fixed to the stator 8.
