CONSTITUTION:When the current is supplied to the coil 56 in one direction, a rotary shaft 50 is rotated clockwise with electromagnetic force generated with magnetic flux penetrating a fixed magnet 47 and a fixed iron core and the current flowing to the coil 56. Consequently, the display body 52 moves from the normal position 53 toward a display position 54 and enters a display state. When the display body 52 reaches the position 54, a magnetic piece approaches a magnet for holding and receives its attractive force. Then even if a display mechanism 44 is vibrated in the display state, the display body 52 is held forcibly at the position 54. Consequently, it is known that the ground fault trouble point is on the rear-stage side of the fitting point of the display device.
