Abstract
PURPOSE: To allow a rotary brush to be simply removed from a brush chamber by forming the rotary brush from belt pulley, on which a belt for transmission of a driving force is set, and a brush element whose one end is removably borne by the pulley and which is accommodated in the brush chamber. CONSTITUTION: A brush element 13 is integrated with a belt pulley 14 by inserting a shaft 22 having quadrangular section into a hole 20 so as to constitute a rotary brush 12. Because the scratch-up force drops when dust is entangled with the brush element 13, the rotary brush 12 must be cleaned. At such a time, the lid is removed from the oversurface opening, and the brush element 13 is put off from the belt pulley 14, and the dust entangled with the bristles 21 of the brush element 13 is taken away. The cleaned brush element 13 is set again in the brush chamber 5 from the oversurface opening, inserted into the hole 20 in the pulley 14, and is accommodated in the chamber 5 by closing the opening 26 with the lid.
