連続的に記録する記録部と、前記第１及び第２の
記録媒体に記録された情報信号を順次連続的に再
生する再生部とを備えた記録再生装置において、
前記第１の記録媒体に対する前記情報信号の記録
が終了した状態から前記第２の記録媒体に対する
前記情報信号の記録が開始されるまでの期間より
も長い所定期間に相当する量だけ前記入力情報信
号を遅延させる第１の記憶手段と、前記第１の記
録媒体に対する記録状態で前記入力情報信号を前
記記録部に導き前記第２の記録媒体に対する記録
状態で前記第１の記録手段で遅延された情報信号
を前記記録部に導く第１の切換手段と、前記第１
の記録媒体に対する前記情報信号の再生が終了し
た状態から前記第２の記録媒体に対する前記情報
信号の再生が開始されるまでの期間よりも長い所
定期間に相当する量だけ前記再生部から得られる
情報信号を遅延させる第２の記憶手段と、前記第
１の記録媒体に対する再生状態で前記第２の記憶
手段で遅延された情報信号を導出し、前記第２の
記録媒体に対する再生状態で前記再生部から得ら
れる情報信号を導出する第２の切換手段とを具備
