Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain reproduction characteristic stable to long-term irradiation of reproducing laser light by joining two sheets of disk veneers provided with coated films consisting of a low-viscosity over coating resin on one face via a hot-melt adhesive agent layer in such a manner that the coated film surfaces face each other. CONSTITUTION:The coated films consisting of the low-viscosity over coating resin are first formed on one face of two sheets of the disk veneers and thereafter, two sheets of the disk veneers are so joined via the hot-melt adhesive agent layer that the coated film surfaces face each other. Materials which have excellent adhesive strength and heat resistance, do not corrode vapor deposited films and sputtered films (metals) and are not deteriorated in the adhesive strength with age are adequately used as the over coating resin and the hot-melt adhesive agent. The reproduction characteristics stable to long-term irradiation of laser light are thereby obtd.
