Although it is known to use a foamed film or sheet as a base material for a patch, it has the disadvantage that it may peel off due to surface friction when putting on or taking off clothing after being stuck on the skin. In order to solve this drawback, attempts have been made to provide a plastic film on the surface of the foamed film or sheet (the side on which the drug-containing adhesive layer is not provided) to reduce the coefficient of friction with clothing and prevent peeling. However, due to the cushioning properties of the foamed film or sheet, a sufficient peeling prevention effect cannot be obtained, and furthermore, the flexibility (especially elasticity) of the foamed film or sheet decreases due to the attachment of the plastic film. It has the disadvantage that it gives a sense of discomfort when used on curved areas of the skin.

In FIG. 1A, 1 is a lubricating polymer layer with a thickness of about 0.5 to 10 μm made of a long-chain alkyl acrylate copolymer, fluororesin, silicone resin, etc., 2 is a soft polyurethane, soft polyvinyl chloride, Independent foam layer (thickness: 50-2000μm) with an elongation of 150-500% made of soft polyethylene, 1,2-polybutadiene, etc., 3 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive at room temperature whose main ingredient is rubber and/or synthetic resin. This is a drug-containing adhesive layer that is composed of a material that has properties, a drug, and a drug absorption aid added as necessary. Reference numeral 4 denotes holes provided through these holes 1, 2, and 3, and the holes are uniformly distributed in the range of 10 to 70 holes/cm 2 .

Therefore, the shape of the hole 4 needs to be approximately mortar-shaped as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the area of the hole on the surface side is preferably in the range of 10 to 70%. It is.

1. A slippery polymer layer is formed on the surface, and since pores are formed and the surface area of the flat part is small, it slides easily against clothing, and therefore the patch will not be peeled off.

2. Since the polymer layer is also provided with pores, it is soft and does not impede the flexibility of the foam layer.

3. Since the holes are approximately mortar-shaped, the physical strength of the foamed layer is less likely to be reduced than when vertical holes are formed, and therefore less likely to tear during peeling.

4 発泡層として独立気泡系のものを用いている

4. Since a closed cell foam layer is used, it exhibits a moderate stuffiness effect and enhances the transdermal absorption of the drug.
