Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a quick response characteristic, by inserting a resistance for integration into a shunt coil to select a resistance value thereof. CONSTITUTION:Eight shunt coils 1 are arranged by equally dividing an air core coil wound on the same circumference, resistances 2 are integration are connected in series to the coil 1 and an opening 6 is provided only at a specified one thereof. One end of the resistance 2 connected to the corresponding coil 1 is unwound to the first coil 1 and a capacitor 3 for integration is interposed in connection to the first coil 1 to form a closed circuit. Moreover, a terminal 5 connected to a waveform observing device is provided at both ends of the capacitor 3 and the coil 1, the resistance 2 and the capacitor 3 are shielded 4 corresponding to a portion for the removal of an induced voltage along the radius (r) and that where an opening 6 is to be removed, namely, an unwound section at one end of the resistance 2 connected to the final coil 1. Then, the opening 6 is provided to allows the winding of the coil 1 without cutting a current circuit to be measured thereby facilitating the observation of current.
