Abstract
PURPOSE:To de-scramble the TV signal of a scramble system by transmitting a main scrambled video signal and a secondary video signal inserted to the interval of an effective scanning area and executing reverse operation of a transmission side in a reception side. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a signal source 1 of a main video is scramble- processed in a scramble circuit 2. Next, in order to transmit a secondary video in the effective scanning area, the interval is made in the effective scanning area by a scanning line transition circuit 3 and the scanning lines of a number to correspond to the interval are brought to a vertical blancking part. Next, a signal from a signal source 4 of the secondary video is inserted to the interval by an inserter 5. The transmission signal is transmitted through a transmission path. This signal is received by a scramble broadcast receiver and the image is restored by executing the respectively reverse operation of the circuits 3 and 2 in a de-scramble circuit 12 and the main video is observed in an original condition by a receiver 7-2.
