Abstract

And the groove 1a is formed near the end part of the image carrier 1 on a side opposite to a side on which the short shaft 4 is arranged and the globe 5 arranged in a bearing part F1 to be freely rotated is fitted with an inclination with which it is pressed in the groove 1a.
