【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) コアの離型方向に対する第１アンダーカツ
トを成形品に形成し、該コアの離型方向に平行な
孔が貫設された割型と、 該孔に挿入され、先端部が該割型から突出して
、該割型がコアから離型する方向に対する第２ア
ンダーカツトを成形品に形成するアンダーカツト
成形部材と、 該アンダーカツト成形部材の基端部に設けられ
た係合部材と、 該アンダーカツト成形部材をその基端方向へ付
勢する弾性体と、 該アンダーカツト成形部材の基端側への移動量
を規制するストツパーと、 該係合部材に対応して該固定側型板に設けられ
た引抜手段とを有し、 該係合部材及び該引抜手段の一方に凸部を設け
他方に該凸部と係合する凹部を設け、該凸部と該
凹部には、該係合部の移動方向に対し傾斜した面
を、該凸部と該凹部の係合時に両傾斜面が接する
ように形成し、該凸部又は該凹部を該アンダーカ
ツト成形部材の移動方向と略直交する方向へ移動
