Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a firm slip-off stopping condition of a rope from a supporting body by untwining a rope end and impregnating it with a hardening synthetic resin and forming a large-diameter resin hardened part. CONSTITUTION:A rope through hole 3 having nearly the same diameter as the outside diameter of a rope 2 is provided on a rope supporting member 1 and, after inserting the rope 2 into the through hole 3, the projecting end part is untwined into loose fibers 2'. And, the fibers 2' are impregnated with hardening synthetic resin forming them into a resin hardened part 4 having a larger diameter than that of the through hole 3, and the rope 2 is fixed to the supporting member 1 in a slip-off stopping condition. Thereby, a resin hardening part which is not bulky can be easily formed at a low cost to stop a rope.
