Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately detect the degradation state of hydraulic fluid in an early stage by branching a sampling line from a return oil line and providing a moisture sensor, a color difference sensor and a particulate sensor on the sampling line. CONSTITUTION:A sampling line 16 is branched from a return oil line 15 which makes hydraulic fluid return from hydraulic apparatuses to an oil tank 10 and a color difference sensor 22, a moisture sensor 20 and a particulate sensor 22 are provided on the sampling line 16. Therefore, the hydraulic fluid can be subjected to an on-line type continuous monitor so that its degradation state can be detected accurately and also at an early stage.
