Abstract
PURPOSE:To positively collect lubricating oil improved in its lubrication in a swash plate chamber by providing a lubricating oil pump, whose power source uses a piston performing a reciprocating motion by rotating a swash plate, in an internal wall of the swash plate chamber. CONSTITUTION:A swash plate 2 is secured to a shaft 1 rotated by external power, and this swash plate 2 is rotated, reciprocating a number of pistons 10 fitted to cylinders 3, 3a through slippers 8, 8a and balls 9, 9a. Thus a refrigerant is sucked into a cylinder bore 6 from suction ports 17, 17a and delivered through delivery ports 18, 18a. In the case of a compressor thus obtained, the compressor forms a protrusion 10a, protruding to the peripheral wall side of a swash plate chamber 7, integrally with the piston 10 while a hole 10b, penetrating through a piston peripheral wall, in both sides of the protrusion 10a. On the other hand, a groove 7a, extending in a direction of the shaft, is formed in the internal wall of the swash plate chamber 7 fitting the protrusion 10a, functioning as a lubricating oil pump.
