Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】ハウジングに軸の一部を収納すると共に、上記
ハウジングの内周面または軸の外周面の少なくと
も一方に溝を設けて上記軸とハウジングとの相対
的な回転により軸とハウジングとの間の流体に動
圧を発生させてラジアル方向に軸を支持するよう
にし、さらに、上記軸の端面とハウジングの端面
との間にスラスト方向に力を発生させてスラスト
方向に軸を支持するようにすると共に、上記軸の
端面と上記ハウジングの端面との間の流体を密封
するカバー部を設けた動圧型軸受装置において、組立時においては上記カバー部内の空気を速や
かに外部に流出させる一方、駆動時においては上
記カバー部内の流体の外部への流出を防止する通
