Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an influence of uneven magnetic field to a plasma, by surrounding a lead-in and a crossing parts of a coil which cause the uneven magnetic field, with a superconductive shielding-material. CONSTITUTION:A led-in of a coil 2 is covered by a magnetic shield plate 3. Therefore, an uneven magnetic field generated by the lead-in 2 is shielded and thereby an influence of the uneven magnetic field to a plasma is eliminated and a nuclear fusion device having an improved quality of a plasma confinement is attained.
