Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain stable oscillation even under high moisture by using a low- pass filter circuit giving a prescribed feedback quantity in a DC region and suppressing feedback in the oscillated frequency region as a negative feedback circuit of an inverter. CONSTITUTION:A low-pass filter circuit as the negative feedback circuit is provided between the input and output of an inverter Q. Then a DC bias voltage is impressed to the input through feedback resistors R1, R2 and a bias voltage is set so as to keep the highest gain for a linear amplifier in the transfer region. Moreover, the gain of the inverter Q as the linear amplifier is lowered at DC and low frequency regions but the operation is stabilized by the negative feedback. On the other hand, the component in the output of the inverter Q in the oscillated frequency region is suppressed and blocked by a filter capacitor C3 and the component of said oscillating frequency region is not fed back to the input. Since the gain of the inverter Q is not lowered due to the negative feedback in the oscillation frequency region, stable oscillation is attained.
