主ポンプから吐出される圧油を、パイロツト切換
弁を介して油圧アクチユエータへ供給せしめる建
設機械用油圧回路内のパイロツト切換弁において
、パイロツト切換弁用パイロツト圧受圧部を構成
するばねキヤツプをブロツク状に形成し、そのブ
ロツク状ばねキヤツプにシヨツクレス弁のバルブ
ボデイ用嵌着穴を穿設し、その嵌着穴にバルブボ
デイを嵌着してシヨツクレス弁を形成するととも
に、そのシヨツクレス弁のパイロツト圧導出ポー
トと上記ばねキヤツプ内ばね室とを連通させて構
成したことを特徴とするパイロツト切換弁の構造
