Abstract

PURPOSE: To make measurement with high accuracy by supporting the front and rear ends of a moving shaft by means of supporting members for which supporting springs are used.
CONSTITUTION: The moving shaft 4 moves to the position where electromagnetic force and elastic fore balance by overcoming the elastic forces of the supporting leaf springs 21aW21c on the front end side and the supporting leaf spring 11 on the rear end side when an actuator coil 3b is energized to drive a bobbin 3a by electromagnetic force. The rigidity in the transverse direction of the springs 21aW21c and 11 decreases at this time and the axial center of the shaft 4 is displaced downward by the support load. However, the respectively shared loads of the springs 21aW21c and the spring 11 are equal and, therefore, the amts. of the downward displacements of the respective supporting members 100, 200 are equal and the shaft 4 moves axially while the axial center thereof is displaced downward in parallel. Consequently, a moving mirror 6 supported to the shaft 4 is eventually moved is parallel while the specular face 6a thereof is directed always in the same direction. The measurement with high accuracy is thus enabled.
