Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the membrane thickness of a capsule uniform and to make the spherical shape thereof uniform, by dispersing suspension provided by adding water to the solution prepared by dissolving polymers having a property to form a film into a solvent mainly composed of vinyl chloride in a state of a small droplet so that the solvent is removed therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Water or liquid composed mainly of water is dispersed in a solution prepared by dissolving a polymer having a property to form a film in a solvent composed mainly of vinyl chloride. After dispersing the suspension thus obtained into a state of a small droplet, the solvent is removed to produce a capsule composed mainly of water or a liquid containing mainly water. By using solvents vinyl chloride type having a very high vaporization rate, the recovery of solvents is facilitated and further capsules including therein an aqueous liquid can be obtained advantageously from the commercial point of view by merely utilizing conventional autoclaves to polymerize vinyl chloride as a mixing tank for water/vinyl chloride suspension.
